Demolition of the existing Concrete Charter Boat Marginal Dock. Installation of 565lf of New Galv. Steel sheet piling and concrete cap for Charter Boat and Dive Shop tenants. Construction of concrete Charter Boat marginal dock, which included the installation of 22 – 14” x 40’ concrete pile, +/- 260’ x 6.5’ concrete Marginal Dock with utility power pedestals, +/- 60 Wood Greenheart Mooring & Fender Piles. New Rip Rap Boulder placement along Charter Boat Seawall. Upland tenant (Charter) spaces consisting of 30 – 12” x 40’ concrete pile under concrete grade beams and sidewalks. CMU block construction delineating tenant, with a wood framed – standing seam metal roof structure.
